Surgical Fees:

Veterinary Surgical Services provides surgical service to hospitals.  Payment for services performed is expected at the time of services from the hospital.  Fees are established upon time spent, procedure difficulty and materials expended.  Travel time greater than 1 hour, will be billed at 100 dollars an hour.  Hospitals scheduling more than one surgery will receive a discount.

   Thoracic Procedures: 1250 to 1500

   Abdominal Procedures: 1250 to 1500

   Neurological Procedures: 1350 to 1800 with Myelogram.

   Orthopedic Procedures: 1000 to 1250 for standard stifle, hip and fracture repair: implants charged separately.  TPOs and TPLOs 2200 to 2500.  Limb amputation, arthrodesis, dislocation open   reductions and correction of growth deformities 1250 to 1500.  Maxillectomy, mandibulectomy and bullae osteotomy 1000 to 1500.

  Soft Tissue Procedures: 1000 to 1250.  Bilateral procedures ie. perineal hernias and ear ablations will be discounted.

Endoscopic Procedures: 1000 to 1250.
